Fabricate and assemble custom laminate countertops and backsplashes
Apply laminate using professional fabrication techniques
Operate routers, table saws, power tools, and shop equipment safely
Read shop drawings, work orders, and measurements
Trim, edge, sand, and finish products to high quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with the team to meet production schedules
Requirements
Are you an experienced woodworker, cabinet maker, millworker, or countertop fabricator looking for a stable, full-time position? Join our growing team and build custom laminate countertops and specialty products in a clean, professional shop.
We're looking for someone with hands-on shop experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to build a long-term career.

Apply laminate using professional fabrication techniques
Operate routers, table saws, power tools, and shop equipment safely
Read shop drawings, work orders, and measurements
Trim, edge, sand, and finish products to high quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with the team to meet production schedules
What We're Looking For
You should have experience in one or more of the following:
Laminate countertop fabrication
Cabinet manufacturing or installation
Woodworking
Millwork
Finish carpentry
Shop fabrication
Furniture building
You should also:
Be comfortable using power tools and woodworking equipment
Read a tape measure accurately
Perform basic math
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Be dependable and ready to work
Experience with laminate countertops is a plus, but we will consider experienced cabinet makers, woodworkers, millworkers, carpenters, and other skilled shop professionals willing to learn.
Pay & Benefits
$18.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time, year-round employment
Stable work with overtime opportunities when available
9 Paid Holidays after 90 days
Paid Vacation & Sick Time
1 week vacation + 3 sick days after 1 year
2 weeks’ vacation + 3 sick days after 2 years
3 weeks’ vacation + 3 sick days after 5 years
